Webtv help, please?

If I get a scanner, would I need anything else (like a hosting service) to post images to the BB?

Can digital cameras be used with webtv? How complicated is all this stuff? (bear in mind, I don't even know how to download on the computer at work! pathetic, aren't I? )

Have you used your scanner for things with more dimension than chips, plaques & Jetons? (like an ashtray, for example?) How does it do??

Andy's about got me convinced that we need a scanner....now he's talking digital camera! I'm thinking "baby steps" and "one step at a time"!! What do you think?? Help?? ( keep in mind that, if it's o.k. with you, you're the one I'll be e-mailing everytime I hit a snag!!? )
