The $300 figure is the standard price quoted by Harrah's employees when they say they have a 1995 HAN chip. It's what they all seem to believe. One person said it; now they all think they have a $300 chip.

I do think, however, that the TCR valuation is too low. I've never seen this one available at the cage. Except for the 1993, the others are there regularly. And even the '93 shows up occasionally.
