Well Pam, I think it may be time for you to look into upgrading to a full blown CPU. Down side is that you will need to change your email address but the upside is that you will be able to scan pictures (with a scanner).

These days you can get a decent (a generation or two behind) computer with monitor, printer, etc. after rebates for +-$399 at somewhere like Circuit City. And they were giving away a year of Compuserve (yes I know, but its free). Scanners are inexpensive and you'd be able to be up and running for under $500.

Moving from WebTV to a full blown PC will give you a lot of advantages that the WebTV alone does not.
