You can make up whatever rules you want for your round robin, just remember that if you allow duplicates, when it eventually gets back to you it may be full of them. Since the general idea behind a round robin is to expand the collections of all of the people involved, why should you get stuck with a bunch of dupes at the end? Either way, have fun with it.
