purposely allow up to one duplicate. Part of the problem with trying to put, lets say 10, of a special chip that you want others to have a crack at, it then restricts the total number of accessible chips to the people at the beginning of the RR. And if you don't flag those 10 chips as "one per person" and they are desirable, then they are likely to be traded for at the first stop. I would imagine that this is important with a 20 - 30 chip RR, but not as significant in a large RR, say 100 chips.
HOWEVER, there is nothing to stop you from trying something out. Go ahead and create a set of rules, post them here and as for participants. I'd be willing to bet that many of us will be willing try most anything.....as it relates to an RR!
