Chuck SHOULD BE proud of his feedback rating. I believe that despite what some of you say, that Chuck is a very consciencious person and DOES care about his customers.
On the other hand.....it is harder to keep a perfect feedback rating, depending on what you are selling. I have 2 negatives out of 1800 and both were on electronic components that people expected should work like new and they didn't. I have myself have avoided leaving negative feedback on non-paying bidders for fear that they would retaliate with feedback of their own. I plan to change that policy immediately and let the feedbacks fall where they may.
Regardless......Chuck deserves to pat himself on the back for a job well done. Congratulations Chuck!
