I know that baseball fans outside of NY will publicly admit that they hate the Yankees. I mean after all, they are from NY and they have won all those World Series and they do it by putting together the best team that money can buy. But down deep, I am sure that all baseball fans are (at least secretly) Yankee fans and will never publicly admit. As a baseball fan there are things about the baseball ... the players, the games, the history ... that I love that have nothing to do with the Yankees. But, a lot of the players and the games and the history do involve the Yankees. And if you are a baseball fan, you also have to be Yankee fan.
