This chip is currently being offered on Ebay and described as being from a club in Edinburghm, Scotland. Seems strange as the denimination is $1, and the only searches on Goulburn that I can find all bring up places in Australia (although nothing on a Goulburn Club which is a casino).

If it really is from Scotland, then I'd bid on the auction, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas - have emailed the seller but no response.
