I used Access for awhile, but it wouldn't include the pictures when I converted it to a web page, dammit. I lost days on that project.

Finally, I settled on Excel, because it does include the pictures in the web version.

Do any of the purpose-made projects convert to HTML? They looked like they were programmed with Visual Basic to me, so I doubt it.
