This chip won't rise to that level, and I don't know what the facts are about how many chips were released.

I'm not criticising the chip or the release, just the thought process of a purported "collector" whose primary assessment of what the best chip is -- relates solely to his ability to profit from it --- and doesn't even have the balls to put his name on the post.
