I use Netscape and I can read your newsletter in-line. When a netscape user opens the mail, the notes and attachments are downloaded. Sometimes Netscape will not know which application to use to open an attachment. When that happens, you have to save the attachment (not download because it is already downloaded) and then open it with the application. Your newsletters are MS Word documents. If the Netscape users are having problems, the easiest fix is to reinstall MS Word. That should provide the settings that Netscape needs in order to open an attachment ending in ".DOC".
