I've only been to the Palms once (to pick-up a Palms slot card for my daughter) and everyone was courteous and friendly. What was even nicer, they showed the same courtesy and friendliness to my eleven year old daughter, where most other casinos treat kids like a "non-person" or even a nuisance. As far as the Palms chip program goes, I like the ones I get...and I get the ones I like!! Steve B
