I do have to say that the Palms has done everything right so far and I am not referring just to chips. My son-in-law was so impressed with the casino that he wants to stay there from now on. When I wanted a few chips from the cage the lady went and looked for the ones I needed. Good casino, good service, good entertainment. Congratulations to everyone associated with the Palms.
