Can anyone identify the location of Casino Chateau Jaaber? The chip below undoubtedly comes from Europe or the Middle East. Denom is 10,000 so the currency isn't worth much. There was a casino in Palestine in 1998, the Oasis, located near the refugee camp Aqbat Jaber, but that doesn't help much.

Anyone have any ideas?
