If he would take out this language "All chips are used in the Nevada Brothel's below" Then I would not have a problem (assuming he also acknowledged that the closed brothel chips never had any connection to the brothels).

But if you look at his most recent post it is obvious he likes the ambiguity. He his posting about how the souvenior chips MAY have been used as a business card.
