This chip is sold in the gift store there. The owner of the Brothel might even USE these chips as a form of business card when he gives them to customers. The girls may also USE them when they give them to their clients as a keepsake.

If a chip at my website says closed that means it is not used or sold at a Brothel. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
