This is the way the dollars from Flamingo were designed. There are very few designs with asymetrical insert placement... probably less than a dozen from Nevada. Some that come to mind are the Showboat with only one green insert among the reds, and a Harolds Club (I think) no cash value chip with only one edge insert. I'll try to scan those I have when I get a chance.
