As far as I know, there's no ashtray "restorers"..... yet! There are, however, "fakes" "fantasies" and "commemoratives" starting to appear. There's one on ebay now, from the Mint. We bought one a few weeks ago (dutch auction) from the same seller. Before we got it, we received notification from another collector that the tray was a repro. The seller does state that in this auction....he didn't in the first auction.

It's a great looking tray, so we're going to keep it...check out the auction, you can't tell that it's a new tray.
