I would approach it more from the business angle than a legal one, at least initially. I don't think it's very healthy for a CC>CC member to "go to battle" with a casino without first attempting to understand their reason for the request and then trying to negotiate an acceptable compromise. I don't agree with some of the responses you've received which seem to be suggesting that you should ignore their request and hope they don't escalate it.
