I just use the form that eBay provides. It saves your information so all you have to do is type the title, and the description and add the image. It remembers all the other preferences.

The system keeps poping up a note saying something about changing to the newer, faster listing software (on their system) I haven't tried it yet.

There is software out there, but I don't use it, so I don't have a clue on freeware, shareware or how much it would cost.
