Is it possible to do these IDs in "reverse", and ID any chips sent to Cicero, for example; or any chips sent to a specific address.

There are so many infamous Illinois clubs with no chips identified with them yet. I've developed quiet a long list of these clubs and would like to track down the actual chips.
