Say you were in one of those northern states, way up north around Oklahoma and one day it gets really, really cold. As you drive to work the weatherman on the radio announced it is ZERO degrees as you pass a sign with the time and temperature displayed on it and sure enough he was right! ZERO (°F)! You pull into the parking lot at work just as the weatherman says tomorrows forcast looks like it will be TWICE as cold! Sitting in your warm office you wonder... JUST HOW COLD WILL IT BE TOMMORROW??
