I picked this up next to a slot machine at the Grand Victoria Casino the other day. I was told it is given to certain guest who will not be there long enough to need a regular card. It's just a plain black & white plastic card. The back is similar to the regular card, but the wording is a little differnt. Do all casinos have these?
