The el Casino was located in Freeport, Grand Bahamas. It was rumored that the Lansky mob had an interest in the casino after they were invited to leave Vegas. The casino operated for a number of years & then became the Princess & most recently the Casino at Bahamia. JB has more info about the newest incarnation. By the way, the last time that I was there they still had the original carpeting!
