OK, there's an easy way to fix it and a tougher way. I'll look at the tougher way when I get home. I think it has either something to do with CSS or the JavaScript. I suspect the former.

If someone with NS 4.x wouldn't mind going to http://www.ccgtcc.com/convention/conv_ns.htm and seeing if it looks any better. I can fix it permanently when I get back to Jersey but I want to see if it is the JavaScript or the CSS.
