When I got CheckMate I was told just to backup the casino file as that was the data and the rest could just be reloaded from the original disk if it were to crash. I did that. Same thing with NoteMate. I put it on a 100meg zip, then 250meg, then re-writable CD, then 700meg CD.... I ran out of stuff capable of holding such a large file. My chips are fin but my currency has long run over the 700meg mark.
Since my 'home network' consist of 3 machines I have copied a duplicate of the data file to another hard drive on another machine. Anyone have a suggestion on how to cut this up to fit on say 3 cd's?
Since many of you have collections in the MANY-thousands of chips range I would expect someone has run into this problem already.
