A lady I work with at the MGM gave this to me to try to figure out what it is.
It is worn on the wrist, and it looks to be sterling silver.
It is very thin, only 1/4" thick and as you can see the top opens.
My guess, is that a young lady would wear this at a dance, and this is where she would keep her dance card.
What do you think?
