Anybody know where these might have come from ? Where they were used?

They are made of plastic. Larger than the average chip. Have 4 white inserts visible from the side. The red one is a $5 and the yellow one is $20. They're as heavy or heavier than the average chip. Appears to be gold colored paint on the raised portions.
