Set into place monetary limits. Include a provision that would award a winning defendant of a frivolous lawsuit all costs involved in defending themselves, to be jointly paid by the plaintiff and the plaintiff's attorney(s) factored on the same agreed to percentile split if had they won. i.e., if the attorney was going to get 33% if they won the case, he or she pays 33% of the award.

That'd greatly reduce the number of frivolous lawsuits, I think!
