It is my understanding they use a 24 card shoe and take two at a time without replacement, shuffling after every "roll." This does effect the odds. Following is the probability of each total.
0.02173913
0.057971014
0.079710145
0.115942029
0.137681159
0.173913043
0.137681159
0.115942029
0.079710145
0.057971014
0.02173913
This would give the player an 0.35% edge by making a lay bet on the 4 or 10, assuming the player must pay a 5% commission on the win.
