Rolling two dice are independent events (not dependent on the outcome of each other), while odds on drawing the second card would depend on the first card drawn. The change in odds is low with 72 cards, but does make a difference. The way to reduce the odds difference to almost zero would be to have a REALLY large deck of cards (500 or more).
