Don't quote me on this but I believe that the Normandie casino is the majority owner of the Hustler Casino while Larry Flynt and his company LFP Inc. own a very very very small piece of the Hustler Casino.

I'm sure the deal that the Normandie has with LFP Inc. is similar to the deal that LFP Inc. made with the majority owners of the Hustler Clubs in New Orleans and San Francisco. Larry Flynt and LFP Inc. don't own or operate the clubs but they receive a yearly licensing fee for use of the Hustler name and logo plus a percentage of the vigorish that the business makes each month.
