I don't recognize the seller's ebay name. I do though get the impression from reading his description that, at the least, he THINKS these chips were actually used in play. He quotes TCR, but fails to mention that TCR list them as "sample" chips, which they appear to be.

What would a close personal friend of Wilbur's be doing with Sheraton $100K checks? Maybe the friend was Moe Dalitz! THEN he would have something.

Hardly ever see this size of chip, notched or not, but please make sure they are presented fairly to the buying public. $1500-$2000 may be a fair price for the sample, but say it's a sample!
