I finally looked at the proposal, and it makes sense. The only thing I'd add or change is that the hat doesn't always point left, right, up, down. Maybe 1-12, as in a clock would work for the rotation of the H&C design?

So pointing straight left would be 9, rightside up 12, right 3, and down 6.

While I do this to keep myself amused, I wonder if UV markings as variations is going a bit far?

The other point you made about holding multiple chips in hand, took me awhile to find out. But since I've just been stocking in anything from WI or trading for them I find I sometimes get something different than the first one I got when I started collecting.

Wasn't it Don who found the different rainbows on the Flamingo Hilton $1? And then there are the Mirage with different palms. I bet the UV markings are different as well.
