Golden Nugget $1, Rio $1, Casino Magic $1, Planet Hollywood $25. All have repeating markings covering the chips.
You might hunt for different UV H&Cs. I made a list way back when, but there are three sizes and a few different colors.
Showboat AC $1, O'Sheas house $5, Four Queens $1,and Harrah's $1 had small and medium H&C, unlike the new chips with the large.
Most are green but I have found some orange and blueish. Older chips might have different markings than the new ones. I have picked up a few common $1s from Red Lion each visit, and they keep changing. However if you go to a casino that just opened, you will find the UV markings are in a very specific spot on all of that rack.
If you go to a place that has been open over a year and has restocked for worn chips, the newest ones will have one marking spot and the older ones, the original.
Although it's only hypothetical, I would suggest that Paulson uses the placement, location and rotation of the UV markings, to show date of Mfg.
Follow a clock and you have the location of the months. Rotate the H&C and you could mark the year. Or possibly where on the chip, marks the year?
