Ron; It sounds like perhaps your Franklin Mint tokens have been contaminated by PVC (polyvynyl chloride). Were these tokens in individual plastic 2x2 holders? Are they gooey and/or sticky? If so, cleaning them will do them no good, or no harm than has already been done to them... as they have been permanently ruined.
