#9 this is jsut a guess, but I think it is from Luciano's card room in Tacoma, Washington, and should still be in operation

as for #1, there is a Gold Star casino in Galveston, Texas, and that possibly be from there as it is the only Gold Star casino I am familiar with

and Finally, I can't quite recall, but I think the Big M casino chip (#4) is from Washington as well. But that one is just a guess
