These WERE sold at the Paulson store in Las Vegas, for about 50c each, as I recall. Collectors removed the overstamp with nail polish remover and a Q-tip to make them more attractive for their collections. Some may have wound up back in Indiana cashed in, but the chip series that replaced these had slightly different inlays and very different inserts, so it would have taken a very distracted cage cashier to cash them in.
