I just received some current AC chips I got on Ebay. Some of the chips have been cleaned and, because of it, the color of the inserts faded. The auction didn't say anything about the chips being cleaned.

When selling cleaned chips, wouldn't it be proper to alert the buyer? I mean, some of these chips look like they were put in a washer. Something I couldn't tell viewing a scan.
