Chuck.... I'm going to go over the heads of the guys at the Rio (Which isn't that hard) and call the Harrah*s headquarters and talk to them directly about this whole situation with limited distribution of chips. I've always gotten very good results when I've called the HQ. I'll keep you all posted on what happened.
