The Seattle-Tacoma area and although there isn't any casinos technicially in Seattle you would have to go to Tacoma which is not that far and yes one of the casinos is a bingo parlor but they may have chips because Greg scanned a few examples of chips from that bingo parlor.

BTW make sure you bring a rain coat or at least a heavy jacket because the last time I was there it was awful!
