I've purchased on three different occassions, quantities of A.C. chips at 10% below face from dealers at past International conventions who offered that deal to me because it would have cost them more than that to go to A.C. to redeem them. Worked for me, worked for them. I kept what I needed for future inventory and cashed in what I didn't want, and they got an infusion of immediate cash without spending shipping costs, etc.
