I've never had the buffet at the Aladdin, but the Mandalay buffet is GREAT!! Sunday afternoons they have crab legs prepared several different ways. The Rio has a large buffet but it's more quantity than quality. Main Street Station allegedly has a great buffet (wins awards & such) but I've never partaken. The Horseshoe used to have a really good seafood buffet but I don't know if it's still there. As far as regular dinners go, I really enjoy the Cortez Room at the Gold Coast. Very good food & a lot of it at a fair price. Enjoy!
