I will agree with Rick Miner on Aladdin the best buffet on the strip. I would put the Mandalay Bay buffet a close second. Bellagio's buffet is good but they put to much emphasis on presentation rather than selection. My overall favorite is the Hawaiian Buffet at what used to be the Regent(now the Rampart) out in Summerlin. One key to eating at buffett's is to arrive close to the end of the time they are serving lunch, therefore, you can eat some lunch food but also get the dinner food when they change over. You pay the lunch price and get to eat both meals. I almost always eat at buffetts while in Las Vegas and find them to offer all the food you could ever want from whatever culture you wish.
Enjoy your trip,
