Has anyone done any paint removing on chips? I'm not sure if mineral spirits will take off the paint and not eat the chip. I did a couple with "graffitti remover" and the chips started to get soft. I haven't tried Goo Remover, because it's the same chemicals.

Anyone know a solvent that takes off paint and doesn't disolve the chip and hot stamp at the same time?
