According to the book that I have Offical US casino chip price guide, Harrah's marina AC issued a $1 chip bj mold with a black ring for the first issue. The seconed issue is a $1 bj mold grey ring. However I was told that the black ring chips were reissued, is this true? Do they differ from the first issue? any info would be great. Thanks
