One of the things I've noticed with Crest and Seals is often the people bidding on them already have the chip in their collection. Often they want to add them to a hoard of traders. Or maybe they're trying to keep the price high because they have a bunch of them. I suspect that like the Hunt Bros and silver, some prices are going to fall when the hoards eventually come to market. And since you can't take the chips with you, eventually they certainly will.
