The reserve was $65. He wasn't getting it for less. Topping himself did not boost the price he had to pay (note his latest bid did not raise his previous bid).

What happened was he probably put in a bid at $65 or not much higher. Even though his bid showed up as the high bidder at $65, he was worried he might be sniped at the end (yeah, right). He then put in a second bid at a higher amount. Since he was already the high bidder, the previous high bid of $65 did not change. What this tells me is this guy really wanted that chip.

He should have contacted me. I have 4 colors of LSCC to trade at a much more reasonable trade value.
