Maybe they just meant they were new chips. These have definately never seen play. The edges are so sharp...you could cut your finger.

As for the casino being destroyed...well i know the get hurricanes there...it looked fine to me...and thats about all i can say. It wasnt a free-standing casino, it was in with other stores. Maybe they reopened in a new location. This was my first time there, so i dont really know.
