Maybe limit the release to one day and open to a couple of tables only. This way pit won't be that crazy. Or place a cash bet if you win get a LE in return...not a house chip. LE won't be played...only paid out. So this would keep the chips from getting worn.

Still wouldn't help the chip dealers though. Would get expensive if they lost every bet!
